1. The Bank Account details had been provided by LGT Bank of Germany. 26 Names were given to the Supreme Court by the UPA Govt in a sealed envelope. On a PIL filed by Ram Jethmalani, the SC directed the Government of India to establish a probe agency, a Special Investiagation Team (SIT) to probe these people. The Govt. under the taxation treaty with Germany cannot make these names public. But it can only make it public in Legal Proceedings. That is the view of Supreme Court also. So as and when the SC directs the Government, Pranab Mukherjee will give the details.
